Stoner Hill Elementary Donations

For the past 5 years, Key Club has purchased and given away hundreds of backpacks stuffed with school supplies to children in the Valencia neighborhood in partnership with the Valencia Community Center. However, due to the state of things this year, we are unable to have that type of back to school celebration and large group gathering. So we decided to go directly to the elementary school that serves so many of the neighborhood children.
This afternoon the CMHS Key Club donated the following to Stoner Hill Elementary:
40 backpacks
120 boxes of tissue
384 pencils
500 disposable face masks
1200 bottles of water
We are thrilled and honored to be able to support our Owl neighbors and hope for a safe and healthy year for all Owls and Mustangs alike. And a HUGE thanks to Mr. Miles McDowell who filled in for the dozen Key Clubbers I usually have helping me!
