School Picture Day is September 1st. Students will have their picture taken during their PE class that day. Please make sure you are here that day. Order forms for pictures will go home in your eighth hour August 26th.
Reminder: Tomorrow, August 25th, is CMM 7th/8th Back to School Night. We will begin at 6:00PM. You will want to come early to find a parking space. The Pegasus parking spots are reserved for those who have donated and have the car tag. Please do not double park or block any driveways in the neighborhood.
You will report to your child’s first hour teacher. Please get the teacher’s name and room number from your child. You will receive your child’s schedule in first hour and then follow it for the rest of the evening. This night is for parents only, students do not attend due to a lack of space in the classrooms.

This afternoon the Caddo Parish School Board unanimously approved an increase in the daily rate of pay for substitute teachers, substitute office clerks, and substitute secretaries. We are grateful to the Board for their continued commitment to our students and staff and efforts to remain competitive in recruiting and retaining the highest quality staff across our district.

For the first time, we are offering you the chance to celebrate your child's birthday by having it announced on the morning announcements. We will only be announcing up to 3 students' birthdays per day, so you want to reserve your date as soon as possible. Starting August 1, you can go to locallevel.com to reserve your date. If your child's birthday falls on a weekend you can either announce it on Friday or Monday. The price is $10 and will go to fund our second exciting announcement. Musicals are returning to CMM! This year the students of CMM will be performing "High School Musical, Jr" in the Spring of 2023. The money raised from the birthday celebration announcements will help fund this production.
