Dad's Club Recess has been canceled today!
We should have sent this home earlier in the week, please forgive the short notice for families wanting to purchase online for Kona Ice for tomorrow. No rain and a fair 66 degrees tomorrow afternoon for Kona Ice. It was a great book fair and Dr. Seuss week.
Parents... Councilman Gary Brooks is working on the Fairfield School Speed Zone and taking care to make sure our speed zone is working properly. School speed zone times will be standard across the city from 7:00 am to 9:00 am in the morning and 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm each afternoon. These times will encompass K-12 start and stop times.
New signage is being placed on Fairfield for our school and the city is double-checking the lights to make sure they are working properly during the school zone time.
If you received a ticket in our school zone, please forward a copy of the ticket to the school office by Monday, March 6, 2023 and Councilman Brooks will work to expunge the ticket for you.
Bring a copy to the school office or email a copy of the ticket to rpmorris@caddoschools.org . We appreciate Councilman Brooks and the City of Shreveport for helping the Fairfield Community!
