Hello Parents and Guardians of Herndon Magnet School Students, this is Tom Thomas, Principal of Herndon Magnet School with some important information.
· I want to congratulate Ms. Arnese Brass, Herndon’s Choir Director, and the following students for qualifying for the Louisiana American Choir Directors Association Honor Choir: Kenzie Bailey, Kaira Brown, Maggie Chiles, Areanna Lynch, and Kylie Wier. The honor choir will practice and perform in New Orleans, Louisiana from October 27-29, 2022.
· Several Herndon teams will be in action this Saturday, September 24: The Cross Country team will run in the Turner Invitational at 8:00 AM. The Herndon Highsteppers will perform at the Vivian Farmer’s Market at 11:30 AM, and the Herndon Cheerleaders will perform at the Mudbugs game around 7:40 PM.
