Parents, we are thrilled to announce the opening of our brand new school-based health clinic. This initiative aims to provide exceptional healthcare services to our students in a convenient and accessible manner. With our state-of-the-art facility and highly trained medical professionals, we are committed to promoting the well-being and overall health of our student community.

Our school-based health clinic offers a wide range of services, including routine check-ups, immunizations, preventive care, mental health counseling, and much more. We believe that by providing comprehensive healthcare on campus, we can ensure that our students receive the support they need to thrive academically and personally.

This clinic is a result of dedicated efforts from our administration, staff, and community partners who recognize the importance of prioritizing the health of our students. We are grateful for their support and commitment to this project.

We want all of our students completely covered at all times while on campus. Doctors appointments can be made without students missing school. Consent Forms will be sent home or forms are listed below:
