Caddo Parish schools and sites will be open on Tuesday, January 21, 2025. Based on the latest forecast information from the National Weather Service, road conditions are not anticipated to be a concern. However, we want to remind our families to take precautions as temperatures are expected to be unusually low throughout the day. Parents and guardians are encouraged to ensure children are dressed warmly and appropriately for the cold weather, particularly as they wait for buses or walk to school. Students are advised to wear hats, scarves, and gloves or mittens to retain body heat, but must also be mindful of school dress codes once entering campus. We encourage families to take a moment to prepare for the day, ensuring children are bundled up before heading out into the cold. The safety of our students, staff, and families remains our top priority, and we look forward to welcoming our students back to school on Tuesday.
